This new build sits on a west-facing shoreline, which meant two things from day one: a lot of glass, and materials that could handle wind, sun, and Michigan winters without complaint.
The build
We supplied the framing package, engineered floor system, and the entire window and door order. Staging mattered as much as product — the crew needed lumber on site in the order they were building, not all at once on a tight lot.
