Roofing

Your roof takes the worst of Michigan weather. We stock asphalt shingles from CertainTeed and Tamko, two manufacturers with long track records in residential roofing. Need more than shingles? We can source underlayment, ice and water barrier, ridge vent, drip edge, and roofing accessories to complete the tear-off or new install.

Vinyl siding

Vinyl siding is still the most practical exterior for many Central Michigan homes. It is affordable, low-maintenance, and available in a wide range of profiles and colors. We carry vinyl siding from Royal Building Products, StyleCrest, and Novik, including shake and shingle-look panels.

Fiber cement & engineered wood siding

James Hardie fiber cement siding holds up to freeze-thaw cycles, resists fire and pests, and keeps its finish for years. LP SmartSide engineered wood siding installs like traditional wood, cuts clean, and carries strong warranty coverage.

Exterior trim

We stock AZEK PVC trim for corners, window surrounds, fascia, and soffit details that will never rot or need paint to survive.

Gutters

We supply gutters, downspouts, and related accessories to move water away from your roofline and foundation. Pair a gutter order with your roofing or siding package and we will deliver it all in one load.

Composite & PVC decking

Composite and PVC deck boards give you long life with low upkeep. No annual staining. No sealing. Our staff will walk you through the differences between capped composite and full PVC boards, help you compare warranties, and figure out board counts for your layout.

Wood decking

Treated wood is still the workhorse of deck building. We carry pressure-treated lumber for deck boards, joists, beams, posts, and stair stringers, all sized for your project.

Deck railings

DeWitt Lumber carries more railing systems than most builders expect to find at a local yard: treated wood railing, PVC and vinyl railing, composite railing, stainless steel cable rail, and glass railing.
