Our experienced design and sales staff sit down with you, by appointment, and help get your thoughts, ideas, and wishes onto paper. We work through blueprint and design assistance for new homes, garages, and pole buildings, then build a material estimate you can take to the bank, the township, or straight to our yard.
See the finished room before you order a single cabinet.
We build your kitchen or bath layout in 20/20 design software, complete with perspective and elevation drawings. Then visit our showrooms in Midland, Mt. Pleasant, Lakeview, and Blanchard to compare product displays side by side: door styles, colors, textures, and wood species. For larger remodel projects, financing is available through Finance by Cambria, so you can start the project now instead of putting it off another year.
Complete post-frame packages, sized to your plan and your budget.
Our team brings hundreds of years of combined experience in designing, estimating, and supplying post-frame structures. Whether you need a pole building for equipment, recreational storage, livestock, or general outbuilding use, we put together a complete material package. Repairing an existing post-frame building? We stock post-frame materials, including components for replacing sliding doors, so you can get parts and get back to work. And if the project turns out to be bigger than you want to tackle yourself, we can refer you to quality local builders we trust.

Windows and exterior doors are major purchases. Our in-store displays let you evaluate decorative glass, sliding doors, arched windows, and stained glass options in person before you buy. We carry a full line of Andersen windows, including Silver Line and Eagle/E-Series options, exterior doors from Therma-Tru and Simpson, plus related products from JELD-WEN and Velux.
You order the materials. We get them there in usable condition.
Getting materials to your site safely is part of the job, and we treat it that way. DeWitt Lumber runs a full delivery fleet, with specialized equipment available at select locations:
- Truck-mounted forklifts to place materials where you need them
- Enclosed vans to keep finish products dry
- Shingle elevators for roofing jobs
- Insulation blowers for insulation projects
