Level, compacted, well-drained ground with truck access. Water running toward the building is the single most expensive mistake to correct after the posts are set.
Check with the township early
Setbacks, height limits, and agricultural exemptions vary from township to township in our service area. One phone call before you order steel can save a redesign.

- Door sizes and locations, overhead and walk-in
- Roof pitch and whether you want overhangs

- Site access notes for the delivery truck
