The short list
Bring what you have. We can work from a napkin sketch, but the more of this you have on hand, the faster the number comes back.
- Floor plans with dimensions, plus elevations if you have them
- Wall height and stud spacing preference
- Roof pitch and overhang, or a truss layout if one exists
- Window and door schedule, or at least rough opening sizes
- Foundation type — slab, crawl, or full basement
- Your target delivery window
